This Agreement regulates all relations between: Petavue Inc., 1100 NE Campus Pkwy #200, Seattle, WA 98105, United States (referred to hereafter as: "Petavue", "We", "Us") and the customer regarding the use of Petavue services (the "Services") under the URL https://www.petavue.com

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Services. These Terms of Service (collectively, with Petavue's Privacy Policy, located at www.petavue.com/privacy-policy) apply to all users of the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, organization, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organization to these Terms of Service and you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service on behalf of such organization.

THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT, OR DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT OR THE PRIVACY POLICY REFERENCED HEREIN, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THE SITE AND YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS OR USE ANY OF THE SERVICES OR SOFTWARE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, SERVICES AND/OR SOFTWARE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD, THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT, AND THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

The Service

Petavue provides an AI-powered data analysis platform that allows you to:

  • Unify and standardize data across your business tools
  • Track and analyze key business KPIs
  • Create custom reports and advanced analytics
  • Receive automated insights and anomaly detection
  • Build metrics-driven workflows
  • Access AI-powered data analysis with human oversight

Petavue is only the service provider and it is your own responsibility to ensure correct data input and implementation of our services.

Data Security and Privacy

You acknowledge and agree that any data you provide to the Services will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to provide such data to us and to grant us the rights to use such data in connection with the Services.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Data Ownership and Confidentiality

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to any data you provide to the Services. We will not use your data for any purpose other than providing and improving the Services, except as required by law or as permitted by you.

We agree to treat your business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.

Termination

We may deny you access to all or any part of the Services or terminate your account with or without prior notice if you engage in any conduct or activities that Petavue determines, in its sole discretion, violate this Agreement or the rights of Petavue or any third party, or is otherwise inappropriate.

Either Petavue or you may terminate this Agreement by notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement and fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days after receipt of notice of the breach from the non-defaulting party.

Upon termination of your account(s) for any reason, your right to use the Services and to access the Site and any of its content will immediately cease and all content in your account(s) will be deleted.

Disclaimer

While Petavue makes every effort to ensure that the content of this website is accurate, the website is provided 'as is' and Petavue makes no representations or warranties in relation to the accuracy or completeness of the information found on it. We do not warrant that the servers that make this website available will be error, virus or bug free and you accept that it is your responsibility to make adequate provision for protection against such threats.

Nothing on this website should be taken to constitute professional or legal advice or a formal recommendation and we exclude all representations and warranties relating to the content and use of this site.

Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Petavue, its licensors and its suppliers expressly disclaim any and all warranties and conditions, express or implied, regarding the site, services, and software, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, satisfactory quality or arising from a course of dealing, law, usage, or trade practice.

Limitation of Liability for Loss or Damage

In conjunction with the Disclaimer and Warranty as explained above, you expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of services. Petavue will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damage which may be incurred by you as a result of using our services, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply.

Privacy Policy

Use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which you can find here (www.petavue.com/privacy-policy). The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by this reference. Additionally, You understand and agree that We may contact You via e-mail or otherwise with information relevant to Your use of the Services.

Copyright

You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way copyrighted material, trademarks, rights of publicity or other proprietary rights without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. We may deny access to the Services to any User who is alleged to infringe another party's copyright. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your copyright has been infringed, please notify us at divesh@petavue.com.
